Brooklyn's Super Simple $313 Tech Stack

I was journaling today (as per usual) about all the things I love about my business and one of the things that came up was Kajabi.

Kajabi recently announced a price increase and I'd be lying if I said was wasn't initially annoyed and stressed. I've been using Kajabi since early 2020 and 5+ years later I'm still with them. So the extra $50/month is actually just worth it to me.

They added so many features. (so many I'm not even using them all yet haha.) But ultimately I LOVE how it is an almost all in one platform for me. And just to show you what I mean by "it's an almost all in one platform for me", let me show you my super lean tech stack.

Here's my tech stack I pay for every month:

Kajabi Growth Plan: $249+ tax (which for me usually comes out around $267)

GSuite + Domains: $19

Canva: $10

Zoom: $17

Total = $313 per month

One of these days I'll actually mess around with Google Meets enough to feel comfortable canceling Zoom which will put my monthly total under $300 which is cool, but for $17/month it's not too crazy for me to keep it right now.

I think of my monthly Kajabi payment as my *booth rent*. If I was a hairstylist, I would have to pay a monthly booth rent fee to have a space to work in. And most of those booths are $500-$1000 or more per month. And that's just paying to have a place to work!! With Kajabi, I pay $267/month to show up to work and for everything I get? It feels 110% worth it to me.

Anytime I have played around with other platforms I always end up choosing to stay with Kajabi. It's the best all in one for me, because then I don't need to use Zapier to piece together all my business tools.

They currently have an option to join for as low at $89/month. I always recommend starting with one of the lower tiers and seeing if it will meet your needs! If not, you can always upgrade to a higher plan. I've been on the Growth Plan for about 3 years now and it's been a perfect fit for me. 🫶🏼
